For Hosts
It’s simple! Create an account, click on “List a Property,” add filters and provide details like size, location, price, how to access and publish your listing.
Nope! Listing your space is free.
Spotzy processes payments securely — once a booking is made, the amount appears in your Spotzy balance. You can request a payout to your account after the booking has ended.
Yes! You can review booking requests and approve or decline them based on your preferences.
Spotzy encourages clear communication and offers support to resolve disputes. At the moment we are unfortunately not offering insurance options from our side but we encourage to get extra insurance yourself.
You can use the calendar in your profile to mark days on which the renters can´t book or delete your listing. At the moment, we don´t offer a solution to pause a listing.
You can choose your cancellation policy, which renters must agree to before booking.
Absolutely! If you have multiple parking spots, storage units, or other spaces, feel free to list them all and maximize your earnings.
According to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board Act, host must pay income tax if they have rented out their space through an online platform.
For Renters

Yes, but the cancellation policy depends on the host. Be sure to review it before making a reservation.
Payments are made through Spotzy´s partner platform Paytech, which offers different kinds of payment options, such as credit card, debit card, bank links, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes! Most hosts offer flexible rental durations, including long-term options. Just check the listing details and if you are having any questions, don´t hesitate to contact us!

All listings include photos, description and details verified by the host. If something isn’t as expected, let us know.
